Welcome to the mountain
When we took ownership of Great Divide Ski Area in 2020, the property had been hosting weddings for years — mostly family and friends events, casual and beautiful. We saw an opportunity to build on that foundation and offer something more: a fully equipped summer venue where couples could host their celebration without piecing together a half-dozen rental vendors.
That's the heart of what we do here. You bring a few personal touches. We bring the seating, the linens, the dance floor, the tent, the arch, the speakers, the catering, the bar — and a team who treats your day like it matters. Because it does.
The Spaces
Ceremony & Reception Spaces
Four distinct spaces, one mountain property - exclusive access to all of it on your wedding day.
The Meadow
A wide outdoor ceremony space framed by pines and mountain ridgelines. Seats up to 200 in our pre-set rustic ceremony layout, anchored by the hexagon wedding arch. Montana itself does most of the styling — the rest is up to you.
Huggin's Lodge
The lodge sits at the heart of the property — a beautiful indoor space with a built-in bar, reception seating, and a spacious deck that opens to the mountains. Ideal for intimate dinners, receptions, and dancing late into the evening.
The Deck & Dance Floor
The deck wraps the lodge with sweeping views and connects naturally to your reception space. Our dance floor panels can be set up on the deck or inside the lodge, sized up to 21×21' and adjusted to fit your guest count.
The Party Tent
A 30×50' tent that flexes to fit your day — set it up for cocktail hour, yard games and lounging, or a full sit-down dinner. We configure parallel banquet-style rectangle rows depending on your guest count and layout preferences.
